If you require an extra session please firstly contact the nursery manager at your nursery to confirm if a session is available.
When you have verbal confirmation of a session being available and the nursery manager confirms the cost, please complete the following form to book the temporary session.
You will receive a parentmail confirmation that your session is booked and the total amount to pay. Please note payment is required 72 working hours prior to the sessions date. Failure to make payment will result in the session being deducted from your deposit.
Please make payment for this extra sessions prior to your child attending the session. If you no longer require the session 72 hours cancellation will need to be given. Failure to give the correct notice will result in charges occurring on your account.
