How to submit your funding code

Fill in either the single parent household form or two parent household form below to submit your funding code.

Funding is available from 9 months of age. Read our Funding Guide for full information. It is recommended that you apply for funding at least 1 month before the term when your child becomes eligible and at least 1 month before you would like a 9 month old to start nursery.

Please note that the exact sessions will be confirmed with you by the Nursery Manager dependent on availability of the funded hours offered at the setting.
